ConservaDems

I think that the real existence of the “conservadems” in the senate is purely about them realizing that by forming this micro-third party that can take advantage of a possibly unparalleled situation in the history of the senate.  Right now the senate is right on the fence when it comes to obtaining the supermajority.  Just a few votes either way can tilt things and keep them there.  Partially it is because of the large democratic majority, but also because the republicans have become the party of No.

If the democrats had less seats, a simple 12 people would not have nearly as much weight.  Also if the republicans were not just saying no to everything, then this micro-party also wouldn’t have any to say as more republicans would voluntarily vote with the democrats.

I think the “conservadems” realized that by grouping together, they could get BOTH sides to come groveling to them so they can just choose the best offer.  I think this behavior is wrong, immoral, unethical, and in perfect keeping with this countries' ability to conceive of totally new ways of doing things that at first make no sense at all.  However this is the worst time for American ingenuity to rear it’s head, at least in this area of things, and that it will only lead to causing additional suffering for more people for a longer period of time.

While I can credit them for spotting a unparalleled opportunity when others didn’t, I also condemn them for using it purely to server there own interests when they are in a position specifically intended to be for the interests of all people.

BTW, Thinking about the “conservadems”, I chose while making there new symbol the ass of the donkey and the part of the elephant that as the small brain.

Political Correctness Suffrage

I like to listen to music and watch TV.  However it doesn’t matter where I am, not even at home, everyone else always complains and wants me to use headphones.  I do so only because I know I will be treated badly by others if I don’t give them what they want for themselves.  However they often freely do the same thing without regards to me.  I should be able to enjoy the freedoms everyone else gets without people looking at me as if I did something wrong.

In order for everyone to enjoy there freedoms, everyone must make allowances and give leeway to each other.  I do all the time, and I almost always try to think of others.  But when I try to take my turn, most other people only show intolerance towards me, and don’t want to limit there own freedom and comfort so I can have a chance.

And if I complain? If I point out to them that they are being unfair to me  by ALWAYS expecting ME to give up my freedoms so they don’t? And especially if I give a good argument?  Then they just end up disliking me for listening freely to what I want to listen to, AND because I didn’t just give them what they wanted.

Like right now.  I don’t care if someone wants to smoke, that is there choice.  And I give them the leeway of me having to occasionally smell the sick smell of cigarette smoke, either as they are smoking or the reeking smell on there clothes as I pass by them.  But when I have to sit day after day by someone that not only comes to work smelling afoul of cigarette smoke, but they then go and “refresh” that smell several times a day without taking into consideration others, then I get ticked cause I know that if I complain to them, they are most likely just going to get mad at me for not suffering in silence. 

But if occasionally I play a little music or TV where they can here it, once again I am the bad guy and they are the supposed victim.

Fear

Looking through the history of mankind for many years, as well as watching the current status of humans, I have determined that humans are afraid of the unknown.  While this has also been known by humans for awhile, I have furthered observed that humans respond to fear in a three step process.

1. Destroy – Using violence (Death/Destruction), oppression (Economical Depression/Social Isolation), or denial (Refusing existence in the mind.)
2. Control – Using violence (Physical Isolation) or oppression (Legal and Economic Inequality)
3. Understand – Using education (Self Education/Public Education)
